STORY BEHIND VIDHAI

I still remember those good old days: My Grand Mom with her fancy set of gadgets. Chakki, Aatu Kal, Ammi Kallu, Hamam Dasta (Mortar and Pestle), you name it, she had it, her Kitchen Swag would simply cast a spell on us.

Every meal was treasured and treated with due respect. In fact, our food was our Medicine and her self-made recipes literally kept the diseases at bay.

Today’s Instant age, I feel we badly miss that pinch of goodness in our Kitchen. Vidhai is my ode to our roots and Tradition, a soulful effort to remember all the good things we lost in the transition.

Our Initiation into this aspirational journey begins with our healthy Homemade podis. After hours of research, hundreds and Thousands of samples to our near ones, Handful of customers, I could say we are inching ahead every minute.
